I founded BlackDot through the process of running my own STR and cleaning as a Superhost for 2 years. I soon realized cleaning is the upmost important factor in a successful vacation rental. I since then grew a phenomenal team that have given me a breath of fresh air and has allowed me to offer many owners and hosts a 5 star service they can depend on.
